To put it simply, we require a care plan to ensure your website is running smoothly and is secure. We have a great relationship with our hosting provider in case any issues should occur.

The last thing we want is for you to be on the phone with someone from another country wasting hours of your valuable time trying to fix your website. Let us do this work for you!

If I have the Essential plan can you still make an update for me?

Of course! I will just need to charge my hourly rate which is $60/hr. If you have the Premium plan you get 5 hours of updates a month for only $149/mo!

This can definitely be set this up for you, however it would require a third party service which is NOT included with your care plan, so you would be responsible for covering that cost. Most clients have Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for Business which covers this.

Do I have to have all of the content ready?

If you already have the content we’ll integrate it into your new site. Sometimes clients find it difficult to write their content without a framework, so another option is to have us design the site with placeholder content and then you can fill it in.

If writing content is not your thing, you may want to consider hiring a copywriter to create custom content for your site.
